Any questions let me know...when it’s not rented I enjoy the beach myself by having family and friends enjoying the views, ocean breezes and water and great food.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start white towels in washer cold water please.
Leave key and card in bin on wall near laundry room.
Remove all trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Down load Condo Associations rules failure to follow means terminating agreement and forfeited of your stay and cost. No subletting.
1 key and garage card key mailed to you. Leave at unit in file bin or mail back with envelope provided.
*When leaving please place dishes in dish washer and run with soap provided.

Great location, rooms and condition

The building itself, elevators and garage are showing a little wear, but the condo itself was very clean, well appointed and has a homey/beachy feel. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The unit was clean! It was great to find plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs, a cooler and ice packs to use at the beach. There was coffee and k-pods to get us started. The owner was very responsive and great to work with!

Wonderful stay

This was a great location, great views of the shore and the Halifax. Beautifully updated kitchen. Property manager was super nice. Lots of food delivery services for a night in. A Great place for families. Hope to return next year!

Nice Stay in Daytona Beach Shores

We had a great time on vacation this year and enjoyed Brad's Condo. What was great? We were on the South side of the condo with both beach and Halifax river views (give me a great river view anytime!) The location was in close proximity to many of our favorite restaurants and hangouts in the area. The AC worked GREAT! The condo bathrooms had recently been renovated and were nice. My wife now wants a shower/sauna combination like the one that was in the master bath. The kitchen had modern appliances that were both new and working, which made living there a breeze. The parking was underground under the building and gave an air of exclusivity to the whole parking the car thing. The just OK? The condo building itself isn't in the best shape but serviceable for a building of it's age. The condo office manager wasn't the friendliest or most hospitable person we've ever run across. The "Holy Crap" what is that? While we knew that there was construction being done on the building we had NO IDEA that the construction would be heard and felt throughout the building from 8 am to 5 pm with an hour respite for lunch. The noise and vibration was constant and nerve rattling. While we WERE on vacation I had work to do via remote desktop with my office at home and that was a difficult task with all the noise. Overall? We enjoyed our stay and would consider a return to the property. Our host Brad was extremely attentive when we had a question and we couldn't ask for a better host.

Second stay at this property.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location, the view from the balcony is fantastic, everything about the condo is wonderful!! Brad Bingham was very helpful with any questions we had. There was one huge problem for us this time that caused us to cut our vacation short....it was called Hurricane Ian. Vacations can always be taken another time, but our hearts & prayers go out to all those that lost their homes or family during this devastating hurricane & tropical storms.

This condo was very nice. We eat in a bit, the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. I brought the wrong kind of coffee, maybe let guest know the kind of coffee maker in the condo. We had a plumbing issue but Brad took care of it as quickly as possible. Very nice and clean place.

Great location-cozy condo!

Cozy well-equipped condo in great beach front location. Highly recommend Portofino's (excellent Italian...just across the street) as well as Senor Taco (walking distance-south of condo). Publix within walking distance north of condo also. Owner very responsive to answer any questions.

We had a wonderful week. The unit was beautifully updated and included everything we needed for the week, from beach towels and chairs to the fully stocked kitchen! I wanted to take the master shower home with me! Owner was so helpful and was able to accommodate a slight schedule change for us with no issues. Highly recommended!

I grew up visiting my Grandparents at Daytona Beach Shores. This unit is close to where they lived and i always wanted others to experience Daytona Beach too. So i purchased a unit i could rent.
Daytona Beach shores is always a great place to visit and relax with the family or go out for the night life.
