Perfect location close to the beach. Clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, and dishes. The sundeck on the 10th is wonderful to watch the sunset.

Excellent location, just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, shops, dining, park, zoo, aquarium. It is an older building but very clean and quiet. The rooftop sundeck is outstanding for views of Diamond Head, the beach and sunsets. Our suite was well appointed with kitchen needs, plenty of towels, couch, TV, beach chairs and a large shower.
Truly enjoyed everything about our stay from ease of communication with the hosts to the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Centrally located to everything!! Will definitely be back.
Nice, clean, efficiency apartment with a great price! Across from the zoo, close to the beach and Waikiki strip. Felt safe and walked to the beach everyday. Lots of food choices nearby and the 10th floor patio has great views.

Great location, walkable to everywhere. Very clean. Small pool. Owner very responsive and easy to contact. Had a medical emergency at the airport and the owner was able to allow us an early check-in

Very handy to everywhere.
We found the place clean, and friendly staff at the desk downstairs. Very handy place to every where. We would stay again.
Loved the location, the beach is one minute away. The rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee watching the waves. Away from the busiest part of Waikiki, but shopping and restaurants right around the corner. Would have liked more storage for the 3 of us but in a studio that’s typical. Would also have appreciated more dishes, glasses, and food containers for leftovers but we made do. Overall we really enjoyed the place and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
This property is perfectly located! A comfortable space to have as a hub for travelling.
Great restaurants and shopping in the vacinity!
1/2 block from the beach!
Coooool pool, but was so refreshing!
Could use some more hooks in the shower for beach attire to hang to dry.
Front desk was always happy to help with any questions that we had.
Would definitely stay at this location again in the future!!

Good!!
Good location and views. Some glitch with checking in, but overall good experience.
Great location, staff and convenience. Parking was the only issue. Paid extra to rent a space, but twice was really blocked in due to small lot with big cars that parked carelessly.

Terrific place to stay - so close to beach , zoo, bus routes , diamond head
We were very impressed with this condo and recommend it highly . On floor above theres a Roof top terrace with views to Diamond head and of beach , close to eateries snd bars , and on bus routes to go down to main shopping areas. The hotel staff ( although not responsible for condos ) were very helpful if we had any general enquiries . Condo offered microwave, tv, chairs for beach , umbrella in cupboard ( look for it) cooking facilities

Fantastic Place, Fantastic Location, Great Stay!
This place is the Prime Location in Waikiki! It's a two minute walk to the Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Starbucks are super close. Plus the views from the tenth floor are amazing. Everything you will need is in this Condo, refrigerator, stove, large sink, microwave and a coffee maker! The Shower is also nice with a rain type shower head =) Mark and his Host Rob are very friendly and professional and so easy to work with. I will defiantly see if this unit is available on our return trips to Honolulu!
MAHALO!!!
We weren’t able to get the room we booked. Ended up in another room with the AC very loud. I was refunded a quarter of what was paid. But if I was told in advance that I wasn’t able to get the room I actually booked then I would’ve canceled my stay. Overall I don’t think I’ll be using VRBO when staying on Oahu again.

Down town is absolutely correct it’s down town down town
If you are interested in an education on the darker side of Waikiki this is the spot for you. As a woman I wouldn’t stay here alone, as a couple not a romantic get away it is a means to have a roof over your head. The building is not well maintained and the room itself though the bathroom is beautifully upgraded, they are tight quarters with no closet. The neighbors are suspect and neighborhood moderately unsafe. As a previous resident of Oahu, I wouldn’t recommend this location to female only travelers, and highly suggest you only stay here in tandem.
The host is abundantly helpful and took every opportunity to rectify my disappointment.

Mostly good in Waikiki
The suite is a renovated hotel room with an added kitchen. The renovation is relatively recent with a well designed bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the location in the building is good in that it faces the mountains (mauka) with a view of Diamond Head, and importantly it has window openings on two sides which allow for a cross breeze. When we stayed there in June 2022 the suite was looking a bit care worn, the light fixture over the counter had a missing shade (naked light bulb) and the ceiling fan had obviously been damaged and made a continual thwack-thwack noise which made its use unbearable after awhile (think of a loud continually dripping tap). The most maddening part of our stay though was the the kitchen. Waikiki is an expensive place and anyone staying longer than a couple of days will likely do some light cooking. We tried to do just that, boiling some corn on the cob on the hot plate, and reheating a bit of stir fry in the microwave. This resulted in the breaker cutting electricity to the whole kitchen. Of course this was in the evening when the maintenance people had left for the day. When he did show up the next day, he reset the breaker and told us that the circuit was shared with the neighboring suite and was underpowered for using the hotplate and microwave together. I checked the suite manual and there was no disclosure of this restriction. The suite manager was not helpful in any respect about this. So while this place had the potential to be great, it was merely "OK". Finally, you pay a premium for a room with a kitchen in Waikiki, rooms without a kitchen are considerably cheaper, so my take is that this place was not as advertised, and we paid too much for what we received.
