Summary:
Perfectly located on the sea-side of the Great Ocean Road this modern four bedroom beach house is just a short walk to the shops or Sandy Gully beach.

The Space:
Two levels of sleeping and living make it ideal for families with teenagers. Plenty of room for extra friends (or another family) with beds for 10 people. Holiday in style and comfort.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

Clean spacious modern

Lovely and clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfect for big families with plenty of bathrooms and living areas. Loved the deck amongst the trees.

Great spacious home

We had a fun winter break, it was warm with the wood burner and other heating. Well equipped with good tech and wifi. Close to shops, beach, pub and more. Recommend it to family groups as there is plenty of room for kids and adults.

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. The top deck was so great. Furniture provided and the fireplace was fantastic. We would definitely stay again. The only thing was the hot water service turned off after a certain time so had to have cold showers for many of us.

Great stay - photos don't do it justice!

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends, the house is lovely and so big, plenty of space for everyone. A short walk to the pub and other shops as well and not far from the beach. Would reccomend!
