Oyster Blue Bay!!

The house comfortably fits 6 people and can easily sleep 8 with the extra bed. If it's raining and you want to cozy up inside with a good book, the living room contains 2 couches and two comfy arm chairs. A spacious kitchen with all the amenities will let a family cook together . And, for your lobster, fish, or steaks and burgers there is a barbecue and a deck with the water view for an evening of good food and connection. The grounds are spacious and secluded. An area for crackling bonfires and star gazing is already set with chairs and waiting. Spend afternoons exploring the Points East Drive which will take you to golf courses, a swimming pool, the Rossignal Winery, other villages such as Murray Harbour, and unique restaurants. The stunning Panmure Island beach and lighthouse are less than a 5 minute drive away. Aim for a sunset dinner at the Sandspit restaurant right at Panmure. The town of Montague where you can shop for your food, fill your car, eat at restaurants, or go for ice cream
is only a short drive from the house. And, the capital of Prince Edward Island, historic Charlottetown is only a 50 minute drive. Or... you can just stay "home" and take the canoe out for a nice, relaxing paddle.

What a wonderful spot to enjoy beaches, sunsets and wonderful PEI hospitality! Very close to wonderful Panmure Island. Very spacious and comfortable with fantastic sunset and water views. A real find!

Private Cottage

Beautiful view of the water, large deck area with plenty of seating, private beach to enjoy, lots of room outdoors for the dogs to play. Thank you for the memories!

Great location

Nice cottage with great private beach. Can walk to beach plus another super beach around the bend Billy very helpful and responds quickly to questions. Well stocked. Could have some more cutlery in kitchen but enjoyed our stay

Wonderful Summer Cottage

A relaxing lovely seaside cottage. It has everything you need for comfort. It is right next to a beach where you can see eagles and other birds. Fantastic for kayaking. Next to a spectacular sandy beach on Panmure Island. Near shops and is very clean and cozy just wonderful. Will return next year.

Such a wonderful spacious cottage!

Our family has created such wonderful memories in this specious bright cottage! Bill has thought of everything. I cannot think of a single thing missing during our week at the cottage. Photos do not do it justice. We will surely come back again!

Our own beach

Just returned from this well kept cottage. Lots of space and two bathrooms was great. Ocean view shower lol. Clean and everything you need is there( byo lobster crackers). We really enjoyed the location, very close to so many different beaches and coastal towns. Our dog loved walking the beach and watching us collecting mussels and oysters right at our feet. We loved it, it’s just what we needed after the last two years. The people of PEI are so friendly. Our hosts were always available to answer any questions, thank you, hope to be back next year 🦞🌊

Gaspereaux

This is a new house, not completely finished yet but completely functional. Lots of room and a great location looking out on the water. By next year the house trim, landscaping, bedroom deck and trail to the beach should be complete which will make it better. The beach is excellent, just needs to have the access to it maintained. We would have appreciated more information on garbage and recycling and the availability of the bikes and canoe.

mattress upgrade needed

The cottage was spacious but rustic ( no baseboards, make shift kitchen cupboards, it needed to be painted) this did not bother us. The location was very convenient ...15 min to Montegue and 6 min to the best beach on the island...Panmure beach. The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced . The couches were not very comfortable for 4 adults to get comfortable watching a movie in the evening. Overall our family enjoyed ourselves despite some shortcomings.
