This is a split level condo with an upper and lower unit. The upper unit has a balcony,1 bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. Full kitchen, and Livingroom. You can open the French doors and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the balcony. You can watch the ships come into the bay. You can walk right down to the beach. great get away

It was so quiet there, all you heard were the ducks and geese, tug boat going up and down the water way. So if you want quiet place away from the beach this a good choice.

This ended up being the perfect place for our weekend visit. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. The condo is in good condition and has everything you need. The host was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. We will be back.

Upper unit front door light doesn’t work and needs repair as the stairs are dark at night. The condo was clean, well equipped with basics, and everything else worked properly. View of the bay and sunset were beautiful!

We have stayed a this location several times and always enjoy our time here. The place has an amazing view and is in a nice quiet area. The kitchen has minimal stock so you will need to provide them for yourself. The only available spice was a salt shaker. The couch is showing signs of sagging as is the queen mattress. The check in process is in a different location, but staff is friendly and helpful.

Plus- great little kitchen with everything I needed. Loved that it had a washer/dryer which appeared fairly new. Nice shower- newer hardware and water flow. Beautiful view! Birds galore- Eagles, Pelicans, Geese, Herin, Ducks and of course Gulls. Watching tug boats was interesting.

Needs a little TLC

Should have been contacted that arrival time was pushed back 90 mins due to previous tenant late checking out. Kitchen amenities very basic. Although dusted and swept, furniture and rugs were very dirty with grease and grime. Location was good.

Check-in time was not pushed back due to late checkout, 3:30 is our normal check-in time. The units are fully cleaned after every stay, we CANNOT simply dust and leave. Kitchens have what you need to be able to cook and eat a meal.

Some issues!

Blinds in bedroom very hard to use. Kitchen had only 1 towel and washcloth. I had to contact the owner that morning to ask about getting the key, then I had to pick it up an the office of an RV park. Despite that, a pretty comfortable condo with a nice view of the boats and seabirds.

1 kitchen set is provided for 1 night stays as well as a dishwasher. It is our procedure to have guests pick up keys at our Motel office, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Lovely stay by the bay view

The house was clean and spacious as described in the listing with all the needed amenities to stay for a night or more. We enjoyed view of the sunset by the bay in the evening while listening to the nature around the coast. Also, the morning weather was quite refreshing with the breeze and the temperature during our visit. Definitely worth the experience.

Quiet and peaceful

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. The location is great for watching the tide roll in and out and for bird watching. The place is clean and fairly well stocked.
