This beautiful second story condo is located in the heart of all things awesome about AZ in a quiet, small community full of character. You can access most popular areas of interest within 5-20 minutes. Each bedroom has a king bed with plush, heavenly bedding, walk-in closets and balcony. High ceilings & windows provide plenty of light. The floors and countertops are travertine with carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and SS appliances. Great central location in a small community. Easy access to both North Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale.
What makes this property unique
The high ceilings and clerestory windows provide ample natural light. Both balconies are covered and a good size for relaxing outside. All the furnishings are less than a year old and have a contemporary southwestern feel. A really cool condo!
