Edgewater 43, located at 1001 West Beach Boulevard, is waiting for you and your family to come on a fantastic beach vacation! This classic two bedroom, two bathroom condo will have you in relaxation mode as soon as you step foot in the door. The master suite contains a queen size bed while the guest room has two twin beds, accommodating four guests. With three TVs, three DVD players and WiFi, you are sure to stay connected and entertained while you are away. The beach front glass enclosed balcony is an incredible spot to soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from both living room and master suite. Eating in is a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen and keeping up with laundry is easy with the washer and dryer in the unit!

Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in January and February 2024. We love the balcony that can be opened or closed to enjoy the sound of the surf and the beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit could use some updates but had been freshly painted. The showers had very low water pressure. Bender provided great service. The location is great, convenient to restaurants and shopping.
