Seacrest condo 604 is a nice condo .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were very dirty ! They had Not been cleaned in quite some time . We never took our shoes off . But we dropped some ice cubes on the kitchen floor and when we used paper towel to wipe it up the paper towels were black !

Overall everything was great. The location was perfect and accessing the condo was extremely easy & convenient. We did notice that the master bedroom bedding had not been washed though.. There was a ton of sand in the sheets. Normally something like this would have really bothered me, but we didn’t have the time to deal with contacting management and waiting for someone to come fix the issue, so we washed the sheets ourselves and remade the bed before sleeping on it.

Beachfront view

Condo nice, clean, beautiful balcony views, weather was perfect. There was no oven mit, only 2 hot pads, so, i bought and oven mit and scouring pad and left there. The bed was comfirtable, except it sloped diwn on one side. And only part of a roll if toilet paper was there. The pool was great, easy beach access, one of the elevators quit working, but fixed next day. Parking was good, air worked, plenty of seating, nice bathroom and friendly folks at Bender realty.
