Ideal location

Relaxing on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf is a great experience. It was nice to be in a less hectic area with such easy access to beach. Enjoyed walking the beach and state park trails.

The condo was perfect. Next door to my work conference at the State Lodge. The indoor pool was under construction/repair and didn’t have chance to soak in the hot tub. The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked with anything you may need to cook with. Except for a ninja smoothie blender. I was aware and brought my own travel size. The Keurig was perfect. Ice maker was nice. We never had to purchase ice for our beach coolers. Was there for a 5 night stay. Three adult women, my mom, myself and my daughter. The balcony is so roomy. We would sit out there at night after returning from exploring every day until we went to bed. Never had the television on the entire trip. We loved it. The owners were great when we needed assistance when booking. Everything is exactly as advertised.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy walk to the beach during hurricane Helene my boys ages 4 & 7 were very satisfied with the pools. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall acceptable but the couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable for sitting. Did not use the pullout bed in the couch so not sure how it laid. Fine for two but wouldn’t try to put 6 in there unless 4 were kids.

May Vacay / first time in Gulf Shores

First time in Gulf Shores. Usually go to Destin. First I want to say, we’ve stayed in enough condos to honestly say they are almost all the same. A condo is a condo. That being said, Unit 304 at Royal Palms was perfect for my wife and I. It says it’ll sleep 6 with the bunks and sofa sleeper but honestly, any more than 2 adults and maybe 2 younger kids and you’d be pushin it. Perfect for a couple and maybe put a more comfortable couch in living room. I could say this about other condos we’ve stayed in so I digress. Ice maker didn’t work and owners were aware but didn’t say so up front. We managed with some ice trays we found. Had a little snafu with parking pass. The cleaning staff didn’t leave on counter and we had a little run in with little big man at gate. Found parking pass buried deep in guest book. My wife felt the condo, especially the kitchen area could have been cleaner. Crumbs and grease in places that were pretty obvious. The swimming pool is tiny and I mean tiny. All that being said, we really enjoyed staying at the Palms. I’m not complaining but if nobody says anything, these things are not going to be addressed by the owners who live in another state and Michael & Michele were super nice!! (Get that Ice maker fixed ;-) The location of the Palms was a big thing that we both really liked. It did feel a lot more private and not over crowded. Beach access was awesome and we really did enjoy the feel of Gulf Shores all in all…

Early Spring Break “March”

If you want a nice quiet place to take young kids on Spring Break outside of the High School hustle this is the place and Beach to do it at!Condo owners are Exceptional and the atmosphere is perfect. Only 1 hour from the USS Alabama and the Nature park is just down the road.If you like to walk to areas it is 1.2 miles from all the nightlife you could want!

We purchased our vacation home at Royal Palms in 2016 because we love the area and the friendly people, not to mention the best food around.The views are spectacular and the beaches will make you never to want to leave. A vacationer's paradise.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase a slice of paradise to enjoy with family and friends. Having Gulf State Park immediately to the east provides about 3 miles of nearly private undeveloped beach and a wonderful fishing pier. The fact that Royal Palms is a low density building us an addition plus, keeping the area uncrowded

What makes this property unique

Our unit is in the center of the building with a curved oversized balcony with great views to the east and west.The 3rd floor is a great floor. The ocean is at your back door.
