"Welcome to Seacrest 807, an ideal Gulf-front condo that offers the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Embrace a fantastic day at Seacrest where the options are diverse. Many opt for a day of poolside lounging in the resort's gazebo or savor a delightful dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills. Others revel in playing in the soft white sands on the beach. A short drive away, enjoy nearby attractions like the OWA amusement park or mini- and big-boy golf courses. When you return to the condo, take time to unwind by the beautiful pool or in the hot tub, or simply soak in the picturesque views from your private balcony. A boardwalk leads directly to the beach, and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off the sand.
This Gulf-front jewel has ample space for the entire family to relax and rejuvenate. The condo boasts a recent update in the winter/spring, reflecting the meticulous care provided by the owner. The balcony offers a delightful view of the pool area, the beach, and the endless expanse of the Gulf Coast. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and entertainment is available through cable TV or the DVD player on a rainy day. Children will delight in their own bunk beds situated in the hall, and for additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family. For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Seacrest 807 is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.
The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and plan a visit to Seacrest 806, where memorable experiences await."
