8th Floor Penthouse Unit with Sunrise over Ocean and Sunset over Indian River Lagoon views. 2 Bed/2 Bath Nice updated kitchen and Master bath. To the North is a large state park. From balcony see Manatees, Dolphins, turtles, and hundreds of birds. A nature viewing haven. Very private beach access. Quiet, hear only ocean waves and sea breeze. Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis Courts, docks, kayaking, fishing in Indian River as well as surf fishing. Unit has washer and dryer. Close to either Vero Beach or Ft. Pierce downtowns. Navy Seal museum and numerous parks and beaches within walking distance. Great for bike riding too!

GREAT LOCATION WITH ENDLESS VIEWS

EAST COAST FLORIDA HAS ENDLESS OPTIONS SO YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW UNTIL YOU GET TO A PROPERTY. .....WELL WHEN WE ARRIVED HERE WE WERE FLOORED. THE PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY WATER SO IF VIEWS AND ACCESS TO WATER ARE OF INTEREST THIS IS THE PLACE. IT WAS COMFORTABLE INSIDE WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED TIM (THE OWNER) WAS GREAT & RESPONSIVE A PLACE YOU NEED TO VISIT
