New, large, family friendly home, great location, walk to town,

Relax , Unwind, Enjoy

2 year old home situated on a quiet cul de sac, comes complete with playground for the kids (swing/slide,trampoline and sandpit) 2 lounges with smart tv's ideal for leaving the kids to watch a movie while the adults enjoy a wine! Unlimited wifi. (The te anau basin does have internet troubles from time to time especially in adverse weather conditions, but this usually isn't much of an issue) The property also boasts a fully fenced and secure back yard with a large patio and bbq. 2 commercial sized heat pumps 1 in the lounge and 1 in the hallway, keep you warm and cosy. The 4 bedrooms all contain queen beds with 1 room also containing single bunks. Linen and towels are included in your stay but will be placed on the beds for you to make up. Large spacious kitchen with everything you need including basic pantry staples and pod coffee maker. 8 seater dining table great for the whole family. Also a Large French door fridge with filtered water and ice.
Main Bathroom has a shower and bath with separate toilet. Master ensuite has a shower and toilet.
Easy 10min stroll to shops and 15min to the lake
Portacots and highchairs included.
Toybox included
Books and board games included
Laundry available includes washing machine and dryer and outdoor clothesline

Huge property with numerous beds, great for a large family or a couple families staying together. Furnishings were very comfortable and the washing machand dryer were godsend.

Great property, we had a couple of infants and the toy box and separate lounge kept them amused for hrs. Heat pumps warmed the place nicely for the middle of winter. As said in the title Great place to stay.

Place was amazing. The view of the mountains form the living room, dining room, and bedrooms was spectacular. My husband and I spent our days exploring the surroundings and it was coming back to a place that was cozy and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. Would recommended to anyone traveling with a large group looking to stay in Te Anau.

Wonderful stay, perfect for our needs

We loved staying at this property. The playground equipment, sandpit and toy box kept our 2 year old very happy and entertained. House was very clean and tidy, had all of the things we needed (and more). The property is in a great part of the town, nice and quiet but also just a short distance to all the things you might want to do or see. Chantelle was very helpful, and was quick to respond to any queries I had. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely look to rent this property for out next trip to Te Anau.

We feel that getting the code to access the lock box for the house was left till 24hrs before we arrived,was a bit stress full but in the end all was good
