Special Cleaning Precautions and Recommendations
We and our cleaning vendor have taken the following additional precautions to assist you in having a safe healthy vacation experience. We believe they are necessary to provide a healthy environment for you, our guest.
1. We have removed all bed comforters and blankets. We now ask you to bring your own blankets and/or comforters in addition to sheets and pillowcases.
2. We have removed all throw pillows from bedrooms and living room.
3. We are using only CDC approved disinfecting cleaning solutions for all cleaning purposes.
4. You may wish to bring your own disposable dishware and / or glassware.
5. Please load our dishware and glassware into the dishwasher and run it prior to vacating the unit. Do not unload the dishwasher, let the next tenant do this.
6. We will leave a limited supply of cleaning products for your use. They will be wiped with disinfectant prior to each new tenant arrival.

The house is very dated and needs work. Not very convenient and poorly laid out inside. Not comfortable with respect to tables and chairs in living room. Also understanding its an older house on the counters there were always small ants all over everything. Had to keep everything in the fridge. Washer/Dryer on ground flood in dirty sand floor dark cellar. From day one we could not lock the doors for the week as keys would not come out of the locks. Questionable ethics of owner trying to blame poor maintenance of the house on us stating we did damage which was proven wrong.This has since been addressed correctly. The real estate company was professional and helpful
