A neat and clean Oceanside duplex that delivers a reliable rental experience. The units are not fancy but provide all you need for a price that is affordable. Not everyone needs a McMansion. Air conditioning units and great decks make this well priced rental a sure bet. This residential area of Brant Beach is out of the way of the commercial rush of Beach Haven or Ship Bottom, but close enough to ice cream stands and some good burgers at K2.
No smoking and no pets permitted.
Tenants must follow regulation for trash/recycle.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
