Separate Outside Showers for Front and Back Units marked "F" and "B" respectively. Nice enclosed porch with furniture.
No smoking, and no pets permitted"
Homeowner will allow off season rentals with a 3 night minimum
Guests are invited to use their own streaming accounts with Smart TV or Firestick.
CLEANING FEE $250

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday.
