Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the property's cleanliness, convenient location, and clear check-in instructions. We appreciate you mentioning the musty odor. Hilton Head's coastal humidity can sometimes contribute to these conditions, but we understand your concern and will have our team inspect the property to determine if any additional attention is needed. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We're happy you had an enjoyable stay overall and hope to welcome you back for another wonderful island getaway!

Wonderful property! Exactly as listed, clean, convenient location to Harbor Town. Bikes were a nice bonus, we used them every day to travel throughout Sea Pines. I would recommend a full length mirror and clarification where to pick up a parking pass. Otherwise, wonderful and would stay there again.

This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to say, the location was good - a short bike ride to Harbor Town but also to the beach as well. It was great for two of us!

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

This condo is situated in a convenient location in Sea Pines. Turn left out the property and it’s a short walk and shorter bike ride to Harbortown. Turn right and you’re a three minute walk to the Sea Pines Center. The bikes included with our rental were convenient and appreciated, having one less thing to reserve and manage. We rode to the Beach Club, South Beach and The Salty Dog, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Stoney Baynard Ruins, and all along the leisure paths for the shady pleasure of it all.The unit was clean and comfortable. We could mildly hear the neighbors moving about below us and I’m sure they could hear us but it was all peace and quiet by 9:00. I would stay here again and would recommend it to those who appreciate a good bang for their buck in a good location.

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent rental villa, would stay again

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Great location and onsite bikes to use were a plus. Condo was clean and spacious for two people. Improvements would be mirrors outside of the bathroom. Very hard to get ready when the only mirrors are in the bathroom and others are showering etc. A full length mirror would also be nice. There is only one towel rack for bath towels so we were draping towels over doors etc to dry. Hooks may be nice in the bathroom. Not a huge deal but not all the drawers were not cleaned out from the previous renter, so lived out of a suitcase. Overall would very much recommend.

Thanks for your review and for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Glad the location and onsite bikes were a plus, and that the condo was clean and spacious. I’m sorry about the lack of mirrors, limited towel storage, and that some drawers hadn’t been cleared out — we’ll pass your feedback to property management so they can address adding a full-length mirror, hooks/towel racks, and improve turnover checks. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a five-star experience, please let us know via Vrbo messaging. We hope to host you again.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place, in good shape. Only downside was it clearly is not used by the owners ever. Some basic stuff you might expect was missing, like salt and pepper. Other things provided like the toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. were super cheap-o. I would plan to bring anything you need.

The check-in process, was smooth all the way up to the end. The condo was in an ideal location to get to the beach and to Harbourtown. The kitchen is basic and neat but not ideally stocked if you like to prepare a meal. There are no hooks or anywhere to hang your towels when you get out of the shower. The unit does come with four beach chairs and a beach wagon and two bikes which was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Thank you for staying at 2375 Lighthouse Tennis Villas and for your review. I’m glad the check-in went smoothly and the location made getting to the beach and Harbour Town convenient. It’s good to hear the beach chairs, wagon, and bikes were useful. I appreciate the feedback about the kitchen being minimally stocked and the lack of towel hooks — I’ll share this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for consideration. Thank you for the recommendation, and we hope to host you again.

Great Location

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cant beat the location of this condo. Walk or bike to almost anywhere. Condo was clean and well equipped with basic needs. Using the remotes for the TV was a little confusing but I have found that to be a problem with all rentals. Need to provide a more detailed written instructions for using the remotes. Bed was comfortable, nice large bathroom. Great shower.
