CHARLIE’s place a guest suite in entire home/apt

Charlie’s place is a 2 bedroom, one bath guest suite, with a spacious living room, AND kitchen. Rental includes access to an awesome lounge patio and Grill with a private pool that our guests can share with the residents of the home. It’s Located in a great safe neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, and it’s only be a short drive away from downtown Nashville, BNA, major shopping malls, and much more. Being right outside of music city you’ll be close enough to join in all the fun, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville to be able to get some real R&R.

Bèst week yet!

Everything was amazing, clean, well stocked, friendly hosts. Probably the most relaxing week weve had in years. Wed definitely rent this property again and again. For us...no need to look anlt any others.

Great Place

We stayed at Charlies to enjoy the pool and catch up with friends. It was a cute place and the pool was perfect. Charlie is very nice and easy to work with. I would stay there again!

Comfortable accommodations in a lovely location

Very clean and comfortable. We not only enjoyed downtown Nashville, but also exploring Old Hickory Lake and nearby marina. The pool right outside your door is a bonus too. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

Great Stay

This place was a great find. The property is wonderful and the host was absolutely amazing. She does ask when you arrive you let her know as she want to make sure you made it safely. I am thinking about making a non business trip and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. It was convenient to the expressway. The hostess was friendly and responded quickly to questions. We really enjoyed the pool and the covered area with the swing. The furnishings were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

21st birthday trip

The house was lovely and I enjoyed the pool! When we were heading out into Nashville I did get a flat I’m not sure from what but it happened in the driveway wasn’t far to go somewhere and get that fixed. Other than that enjoyed everything, I would stay again if I’m ever around the area!

Great location!

Flew into Nashville for a 25 minute drive to this home. It kept us close to the hustle and bustle, but also close to family we were visiting in Lebanon, another 25 minutes east. The pool was very clean and inviting.

Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice stay. Communication with the homeowner was great and the property was just as described. It was far out in the country, but easy enough to get right into Nashville. The pool was a very nice addition during the 90° weather. I would highly recommend the place and I wouldn’t hesitate staying again if I were in Nashville.

Just What We Needed!

A friend of mine and I were looking for a place to stay close enough to Nashville to enjoy downtown, but far enough away to avoid constant traffic, etc. Charlie's Place was perfect for this! Check in and out was easy, and Charlie was a wonderful hostess!

Peaceful serenity

We found what we were looking for here in a quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to enjoy. The property served us well in our visit with my autistic adult daughter. There were a few minor issues with the property but we managed to work they them. Glad we chose Charlie’s place! Thank you!

Overall OK .. Beds were very comfortable but couch not so much. The stay is in lower lever of house w/ owners in upstairs. Regular TV & foot noise from upstairs. Neighborhood & house location was very nice.

Excellent Host!

Charlie’s home is wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. We totally appreciated all the extra items. Her kitchen is well stocked with basic items. The beds were comfy, the location was far enough from the city that we felt we got away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. The drive to her home was very nice, yet not so far out that going to Nashville seemed far. Very safe area which is quiet and peaceful. Nice area to walk. Charlie lives in the top half of the home and you’d never know she was there. Sadly, it was still too cold for the pool. Thank you Charlie for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay with you again, if you will have us.
