Beautiful, unobstructed views of the lake from every window! Perfect for couples looking to get away for a relaxing, romantic weekend or friends looking for a water adventure with Music City nearby!
Enjoy the private screened-in patio with a hot tub and the private lower deck with a gas fire pit. There are plenty of places to sit back, relax and enjoy the views.
There is so much to do right here at the property: Kayak or Paddleboard with the provided free toys, sit in the hot tub with a glass of wine or coffee, play a game of pool, throw some darts, beat your friend at a game of Wii or Scrabble, relax reading a book while you listen to the boats drive by and the waves crash on the water's edge and so much more.
Property is owner-occupied. Guest suite is entire lower level of main house. Guests have a private contact-less entrance, private deck and private screened-in patio with a private hot tub. Enjoy your private bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and family room.
Owners are available if needed but will provide you with privacy during your stay.
Please be aware that since the property is owner-occupied, it will not be 100% quiet. We will do our best to be as quiet as possible. We do have 2 large dogs. The dogs do not have access to the backyard or the lower level so the room is pet hair/dander free! For comparison purposes, it's quieter than a hotel :). We go out of our way to be quiet while guests are here.
The guests listed on reservation are the only guests allowed on property without prior permission. Guests must notify host prior to any add'l daytime guests coming onto the property and they must leave by 10pm unless mutually agreed upon.
No parties/events, no pets and no smoking inside rental.

My husband and I have been married for over 25 years now and we have 3 adult children plus 2 large dogs. We moved to the Nashville area a bit over a year ago from PA to live the dream of owning a lake house. We hope to see you at the lake sometime soon :)

The views, quiet setting, comfy and homey living are what make this rental special. Views from every window. The backyard does not have any trees blocking your view. It really is spectacular.
What makes this property unique
The home has everything you would need to make you feel at home. The hot tub is super relaxing, especially watching the water while sitting in it. We provide you with kayaks so you can even explore the water. The fun is endless right here at home. If you want to go out and explore Nashville, it is only a 25 minute drive. Hendersonville also has live music at some local restaurants.
