Two very comfortable double bedrooms available in charming and spacious cornish cottage. Open fire and wood burner make it very cosy. Great location near Penryn close to Tremough campus University, good links to Falmouth and Truro. Parking right outside. Open plan kitchen diner, fully equipped with all cooking equipment needed. Help yourself to any basics ingredients in the cupboards. Nice garden with decking and table area. Two sofas marking a comfortable lounge with BT TV and WiFi.
