This house was specifically designed so you have a view of the main channel from almost every room in the house but is still protected in a cove. There is plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. Enjoy our over sized hot tub all year round. This hot tub can fit at least 10 adults at a time! Swim off of our private dock and park your boats in one of the slips.

- Queen bedroom and Kids Loft is down the hall from the Master Suite and share a bathroom
-Kids Loft consists of 5 Twin floor beds

3rd Floor:
- 1 Bed,1 Bath (Full Size Bed and Trundle Bed)
- This room also has a large entertainment center and pool table.

Walk Out Basement
- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (set of Bunk Beds and 1 Twin XL)
- Twin XL is in common space, bunk beds in a non conforming bedroom (no windows in the bedroom)
