This home is very well equipped with full kitchen gas and electric cooking, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Split system heating and cooling in the open plan kitchen dining. A second split system and a wood heater in the main lounge room with its comfortable sofas Smart Tv, DvD and stereo cd player. The house is set in a lovely established garden with a huge outdoor entertaining deck, covered and sheltered, perfect for alfresco dining.

The deck is accessed directly from the kitchen dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms in this property with the main bedroom having an ensuite.

This property sleeps a total of 7 people. There is an extra trundle that may be used in the lounge.
This is a very nice house, lovely and sunny with lots of space.

There is also a double lock up garage.

Better home away from home

Great property. Very well setup. Excellent appliances all round. Awesome location. Would gladly stay again if back at Phillip Island.

Lovely location, poor communication

I rented this property for my family and I during Winter. The property itself is in a great location, however when it came time to cook our evening meal, we soon realised the oven had no door on it! After two days of back and forth phone calls with the Real Estate, and changing our plans to wait for a handyman to arrive - no handyman ever arrived nor no oven door. It was an extremely disappointing experience, considering the real estate estate knew about the oven yet never prior communicated it.
