Clean, beautiful house
Had an amazing time staying at this house. Was very clean, great position and not too far to walk to the beach. Fantastic in closed outdoor area and plenty of space for our four teenagers. Would definitely stay there again.

NO PRIVACY- BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE
If you like your privacy please consider booking somewhere else. The neighbours will watch you and take photos of your family. We booked for 10 nights over New Years period and on the 3rd day the owners tried to kick us out without any formal warning or any rules broken due to the neighbours complaining about us, they advised us we had to be out within the hour and we would not be refunded, we protested our rights and stayed. The neighbours took photos of us and constantly used their balcony and upstairs windows to watch us. The whole stay felt like a complete invasion of privacy. We lived uncomfortably and felt watched the entirety of our stay. Due to the neighbours making complaints about us, despite us not doing anything more than having family over for dinner and drinks over the New Years period, we felt we had to hide inside the house and keep the curtains closed to ensure our privacy. It was extremely disappointing that the neighbours couldn’t speak to us directly , despite us seeing them and waving to them whenever we came and left the home. If they had legitimate concerns about us being too loud, they could have made a noise complaint to the police and we would have known to keep it down, but they went directly to the real estate in an attempt to get us removed without any warning. I believe the neighbours likely make a habit of complaining about anyone staying in this house.. we were not a noisy household or a party house by any means, we had a group of family and friends staying there, we were out every day on the water and spent most nights out of the home out for dinners ect. We felt we couldn’t utilise the outdoor entertainment area because we may speak too loud or laugh too loud and risk another complaint from the neighbours. If you are wanting to book this house for your family and friends over the holiday period and plan to have any bbqs , dinners, entertainment whatsoever , I would strongly advise booking elsewhere as the neighbours WILL give you a hard time for trying to enjoy a family holiday. For privacy please Don’t let your children play outside as they will be at risk of having photos taken of them.

Very noisy house, no air conditioning in bedrooms or even portable fans supplied, all queen size mattresses need replacing, grass was not mowed for our stay
