Dine in style on the lavish dining setting, or relax in the comfort of the leather lounge taking in a dvd on the flat screen tv, or listen to some tunes on the sound system. From here you can step out onto the balcony and soak up the sun on the outdoor setting, taking in the views of the San Remo hills and ocean.

The master bedroom, which has a cosy queen bed with bedside tables, lamps and clock radio, also leads out onto the beautiful balcony and boasts views too. There is a main bathroom with a shower, bath, and separate toilet and a second bedroom with a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a clock radio.

The second living area is located downstairs and has been converted into a games room. This leads out onto another deck with a bar fridge and an outdoor dining setting which flows down into the well manicured back yard.

Downstairs is the second bathroom, complete with a lovely, relaxing 3 person spa bath, an overhead shower, vanity, mirror and toilet. The laundry contains a front loading washing machine. The property has two gas heaters, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The two downstairs bedrooms both have a queen bed and a single set of bunk beds in each.
