About this property

The Island Home - great for a large family or 2 families

This 3 bedroom property sleeps a maximum of 8 making it ideal for a large family or even for 2 families to enjoy together. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed with the third bedroom having a tri-bunk which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as an extra single bed. A second living space has been created with a tv and couch, making it the perfect room for all the kids. Free wifi is available.

Spilt system heating and cooling in the main area keeps you comfortable all year round. Relax outside on the spacious deck and enjoy a summer BBQ whilst watching the kids play in the fully fenced back yard or even bring your furry friend as pets are welcome (outside only, by application and conditions apply).

There is plenty of space for cars within the yard and free wifi is also available.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

We were very happy with our Stayz property!! We loved the location and convenience of the location. It was comfortable for two families. We are definitely coming back to this property and will recommend it to our family and friends looking to stay at Philip Island.

Hidden Gem

What a breath of fresh air! The property was clean and tidy, spacious and inviting. It was everything we needed for a weekend away. Enough room for us to be able to relax with everything you need there, a home away from home. It had the cleaning things needed at hand and it had a first aid box and other goodies in drawers, so if you needed scissors, there were a pair, anything medical such as dettol, it was in the bathroom. Brilliant. There was plenty of information available on the kitchen table and plenty of room to be able to park your car, inside the fully gated property. Everything was thought of. Games and books are also available for your use, so we did a few puzzles as a family. Communication was perfect and any questions were answered. Check in and out were seemless too. Short drive to the back beaches such as Surf Beach or about a 9 min drive to Cowes. Thankyou for having us and we will be re-booking again, perfect for us to get away.

Perfectly comfortable

Lovely clean property, with great yard for the puppy. Good location for driving to places over the island and beyond. The only thing that would make the location better is a cafe within walking distance!

Location of property in relation to the Grand Prix circuit was very convenient as traveling to and from over 3 days. Overall property was pleasant and well equipped however, it would have been nice to not have to clean the outdoor setting before using.

It's the extra little thing

The house was as described, but the extra little things like the board game and things around the houses to keep the kids out of your hair,very good info pack and much more made the stay that bit more relaxing. This was our first stay that wasn't a hotel and will be using the service again.

Great Family Location

Property was clean, spacious and great for our family. We loved the extras such as complimentary tea and cofee as well as puzzles and movies to keep us entertained. Location is central to the island’s attractions. Highly recommended.
