A short walk to Red Rocks beach. A safe swimming beach for all the family. Short drive to main street shops and close to a park. Peaceful and tranquil .

This house is fitted out with all the comforts of home, including leather couches, 8 seater dining table, great bedding options, secure rear yard, 4 burner BBQ, games and huge covered deck. Master complete with ensuite. Full kitchen with dishwasher, reverse cycle airconditioning. Bedding consists of 1 queen, 1 double and 2 double bunks Sleeps 8. High Chair and porta cot available on site. (BYO sheets, pillow cases and towels)

Short easy walk to safe swimming beach. Park with play equipment is only 200 mtrs from the house. Short drive to main street in Cowes, or a walk along the beach to cowes pier. Close to all of Phillip Islands tourist attractions including koalas, penguins, beaches, grand prix track, golf, fishing, boating activities, childrens activities

This house suits all markets, including families with kids, friends away for a weekend and couples. (Best suited for max 4 adults - extra charge may apply if more adults) Safe and private house with all amenities supplied.

We booked this last minute and were extremely grateful for the hosts prompt reply and communication. The house is lovely, presented well and clean. Well presented

The house was beautifully clean and had all we wanted, including being well heated. If the weather had been kinder we would have spent time on the large deck. The house is located near the attractions we wanted to visit - penguins, the Nobbies, beaches, mini golf… We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment, our family had a wonderful time and the house was well equipped and clean, being able to bring our dog was a bonus too, the backyard had a nice spot for her to laze in the sun, would definitely stay here again

Lovely family holiday

We enjoyed family time together, walks to Yellow Sand beach, board games and watching DVDs. Loved no internet! Short drive to Cowes town centre and had an amazing time at the Nobbies. Nicely furnished home with everything you could need for a great holiday.

Loved this property, it was exactly what we needed for a craft weekend.

Easy to find, short drive to shopping district and tourist attractions. Well set up for families to stay even tho it was just my mum and I. Plenty of movies and games Large table for the two of us to sew and make cards.

Was a lovely little cottage which had everything you need for a home away from home.. the security cameras on the outside decked area was a bit of a let down it felt like a bit of a privacy invasion other than that it was a really great place to stay

House was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. Sandra’s communication before our stay meant check in was smooth and we knew exactly what to do. The big deck was a huge plus and we spent a lot of time out there reading and relaxing in the afternoon sun. Recommend to anyone visiting Cowes

Wonderful short stay :)

We had a fabulous time at this property - it was exactly what our family of 4 needed. The home was clean, comfortable, had plenty of classic DVDs and utensils etc for us to enjoy as a family, and was reasonably priced. The back deck area is a great size and would be lovely to share meals in the warmer months. The split system heater worked perfectly, and the doonas and blankets kept us warm and comfortable. Easily accessible to the main Cowes shops and restaurants. We will definitely love to stay here again when visiting Phillip Island. Thanks for allowing us to use your home :)

Owner expectation unreasonable

We adhered to the best possible self cleaning such as vacuuming the property and cleaning all rooms and kitchen before leaving, following all the minute instructions provided by the owner. Even then she decided that was not to her standard and decided to deduct additional amount. Considering there was no damage that was u fair. There was an issue raised regarding smell, but ideally the whole purpose of using an exhaust and keeping the windows open is to ensure there is no smel. Please ensure if you are going to this property avoid any cooking and get a professional cleaner to clean it before you leave.
