In a tree lined street within walking distance to the beach and cafe, this three bedroom retreat has everything you need to simply relax and enjoy your stay.

The living and kitchen area is open plan and includes microwave, a tv with built in dvd, combined bathroom and laundry with washing machine. Comfortable accommodation for up to six people with the master bedroom with queen bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and third bedroom with two single beds.

There is a large shaded courtyard with a bbq and outdoor table and chairs.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Philip island

The location was great walking distance to the beach. The couch and chairs in the lounge where uncomfortable and the detail on the bed sizes was Incorrect and I had to buy more linen to fit king bed when it was stated as queen double and singles. Otherwise we had a great time.

Loved the location..... a. The shower head of the property fell off during our stay.... b. Toilet was leaking water c. Kitchen area smelt d. Kitchen scissors very dirty

Cute clean retro beach shack , we loved it

Has everything you need , very well equipped . Super spot , two mins walk to the beach and Silverleaves store 👌 What we didn’t like ? Doesn’t have wifi ( At least provide a DVD player and movies ? We had a few rainy days ) No AC, only a heater ! At least provide a fan Overall though you won’t be disappointed , the owners have done a nice job of making it a quintessential beach shack 👍 Thanks for having us
