Sleeps 3 max, if more than the max people show up at check-in time for reservation, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable and recently renovated efficiency condominium. This clean and sunny ground floor unit has wood flooring, sliders to a private deck and spacious grassy picnic BBQ and play area off the back patio, A/C, heat, Smart Streaming TV, and bathroom with shower and tub. This unit has a very comfortable queen-sized bed and 1 twin bed. It is equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Kitchenette, Cooktop, No Oven. Fresh towels are available daily. Kids and adults will enjoy the pool – steps away! The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. Please bring towels for the beach and pool.
We are a mile from the Town bay beach, and 2.5 Miles to the national Seashore Head Of Meadow Beach

Nice Stay

Staff very friendly and let us check in early. Property slightly worn but clean. I appreciated the daily fresh towels. The pool looked nice but it was too cold for swimming during our stay.

Amazing stay amazing location amazing service!

I had a great time during stay here. The place had great summer vibes and the location wasn’t bad at all. Less than 10 mins from commercial street. The beach we went to was head of meadow beach and I’d recommended. The staff was so nice and was the highlight of the stay. I would stay here again!

Check in and out was easy and all covid protocol followed. Friendly and helpful

Check in and out was easy. Suggestions for places to go and places to eat was helpful. Room was clean. I would reccomend staying here and would definitely go back.
