Max PPL 4:If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Ground-level deluxe condo, fully equipped kitchen, full bath with tub/shower. Sliders open to a deck overlooking a grassy backyard with BBQ grills, or walk out your front door to the pool and grassy area with picnic tables and BBQ grills. There are 2 new queen-size beds and a Smart TV. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. The Braemar Condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on-site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts, a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod Light, and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are a mile from the town bay beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore Head of Meadow Beach.

We had a perfect weekend staying here! Very convenient location, friendly staff and overall comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning before we left and the afternoons/evenings when we returned. Will definetly be back!

The property manager was very helpful. The condo was very clean and neat as was the pool and the rest of the property. It was quiet. My only complaint would have been access to the beach was limited. We would stay there again

Excellent Outer Cape Stay!

Immaculate and very cute condo...comfortable beds. Crisp linens, nice back patio/porch. Some footsteps can be heard above on the second floor - probably toddlers running about. So if you want real quiet, I would recommend choosing a condo on the second floor. Excellent office staff. Pool was lovely. Plenty of parking. All great!

Truro trip

We have stayed here before and love this small condo complex. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful. Our only disappointment is that the Tv was not a smart tv and did not have a DVD player. We had a rainy weekend and could have used this. Overall, very lovely!

Awesome property, great management!

The property and units are all well maintained, pricing is very reasonable. The manager of the property Maurice is amazing! Very quick to assist with any and all issues we had, and took the time out to talk to us on multiple occasions while we were outside. The pool is very clean and refreshing, as well as all the other outdoor areas. We will be staying here again, no doubt about it!

Good place in a pinch

Rented this place last minute for an extra night in Cape Cod. It wasn’t cheap but it did the trick. Kitchen did not have any basics like salt or sugar, but the place was spacious and comfortable. Communication with property manager was a bit curt but no major issues with check in or check out. A decent place.
