This sunny second-floor, two-story condo at a popular garden complex - provides a quiet, romantic setting in the heart of Provincetown. Conveniently located behind the historic Town Hall just below the awe-inspiring Pilgrims Monument, this comfortable, upscale unit is just a one block away from delightful shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, theaters, art galleries, cabaret shows, and more!

Dorian Gray is kept pristinely clean, beautifully decorated, and comes with many wonderful amenities:
• covered porch entrance with wood bench love seat overlooking the serene Bas Relief Park
• cozy living room complete with 22' flat screen LED High Definition TV, couch, coffee table, two-person breakfast nook, and gas fireplace
• freshly renovated and fully furnished kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker and new pots and pans
• elegant full bath including shower stall with multi-setting turbo shower head and hair dryer. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided. Please bring your own if more is needed.
• private loft bedroom with king-size Swedish Tempur-Pedic bed, memory foam pillows, 32' flat screen LED High Definition TV, Bose soundbar speaker for music, spacious wardrobe closet, half-moon window, and large skylight. 1 set of sheets and 4 king pillows provided. Please bring your own if more is needed.

Covid Update: The condo will be sanitized/disinfected before/after EVERY stay with Clorox Wipes, Lysol Disinfecting spray and other bacterial/virus cleaning products. Please bring your own cleaning/disinfecting supplies if you feel uncomfortable with your visit at the condo. One set of sheets and towels are supplied with your stay and will be washed/disinfected before/after EVERY stay. But you may bring your own for your comfort and security.

During “High Season” June through end of September, rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. "Off Season" September through end of May, rentals are 3 night minimum,
Bear week and Carnival Week are priced at $3,000 per week.

The Dorian condo was a great experience even before I booked. Jerry is such a good host—very communicative, generous, and super professional. My partner and I loved staying here for our honeymoon as everything in town was so close. It really is in the center of everything. Definitely will book again for the next time I visit!

This is our third or fourth time staying with Jerry and it’s really the perfect place for us. It is super convenient to Commercial Street, but not overly loud. The park is right there if you have a small dog.

We really enjoyed this cozy spot & will absolutely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple or a solo traveler with a dog (the pup bowls were a welcoming touch!). The A/C worked great in hot July days. We loved all the skylight & natural light; if you don’t like sunshine in the morning, bring an eye mask. The tempur-pedic bed & pillows were great, and you can’t beat the location. Jerry was communicative & very available if we needed him. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Dorian Gray provides a very convenient home base in which to explore all that P-Town has to offer. The host was very communicative. This was a very cozy stay for our family.

The use of space in this small condo is nothing short of genius. There is storage for everything. The kitchen is beautifully functional. The bathroom has everything you need. The king size bed is super comfortable.The location is perfect for strolling the town. A block off Commercial Street so it’s very quiet. Beautiful park right next door is perfect for walking your dog. The view from the condo is like being in a treehouse. The view from the park of the monument is spectacular especially at night. It wasn’t a challenge for us particularly but there are quite a number of stairs to get into the condo and another flight in the condo.The owner was very communicative and friendly. All in all this stay is a 10/10 and we will be back.

Efficient apartment in the heart of Ptown

The property was very clean and had a lot of outdoor common space to hang out. The unit itself is small, but laid out in a way to maximize the space. Overall we had a great visit and would stay again!

First time in Ptown

Perfect location to explore on foot and by bike. I had to mix work with play, and wifi was fine to support work. Questions on check-in were quickly and easily answered by owner in a friendly exchange. Loved my visit, hope to come back.

Provincetown 2023 Escape

We have stayed before at this property and loved it. It is a great location close to restaurants/shops/the pier but set back just enough to provide some privacy from everything. Jerry is great and very responsive to any questions/concerns. The unit is small but has everything we needed for our week's stay. We would definitely stay here again.

A Gem!

Location, location, location! Absolutely perfect place to be at if the center of town is where you plan to do most of your activities. As for the lodging itself, it's a lovely, clean, comfortable place. Perfect for one or two people. Although, there is room for a third or fourth for a family with two children. The condo is split into two levels, the upstairs bedroom and the lower living room/kitchen where there is a futon for a third person (or two). Everything you need, nice small kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower, super comfy futon in the living room, warm gas fireplace, extremely comfy bed and pillows. It's just lovely, I was so comfy I slept more than I touristed! I was just so happy to curl up on the futon sofa, watching tv, munching and napping! I'm hesitant to leave a positive review because I want this gem to myself! But, yes, I think I've found my spot for future visits after hopping around so many different places.

Great location!

The location of this condo was perfect. There was a little park right next-door to walk our dog in every morning and night. We were one block from Commercial Street and could walk there so easily. The condo had everything we needed and was charming. I need to find out the brand of mattress - it was so comfortable. Gerry was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. Hidden Gem

We enjoyed our stay in this hidden gem in Provincetown. Jerry was very gracious and made us feel at home during our stay at the condo. The unit was the perfect size and had everything that we needed. It was really great being so close to the center of town but also where the condo is situated it was peaceful. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed here many times. It is always a pleasure. Best location It is so close to commercial Street. Ample room in unit. Full kitchen. Nice bedroom area with plenty of room and storage for your clothes. I would definitely recommend this to anybody for a stay.
