Affordable, neat & clean Ocean front 1st floor duplex. Located in Surf City and on the borderline of Ship Bottom this location offers many activities for families. Five (5) beach badges are provided for tenant use, by the owner, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed.
Three (3), off-street parking spaces are available for tenant use.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
