All TV s are HDMI capable and Guests can bring any streaming devices that they wish
Six (6) Beach Badges provided for tenant use, by the homeowner, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges.
New Siding - Decks - Carpet _ Interior Paint - Bathrooms remodeled in 2021
No smoking, and no pets permitted.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
