This charming single-family Oceanside beach house is just seven houses from the beach, offering a prime location with a private yard and excellent parking in the back. Fully equipped for summer fun, it includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a wealth of beach gear, including beach chairs, a cart, and toys. The home features Smart TVs with HDMI capability throughout, allowing guests to bring their own streaming devices. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, Pack & Play, a PlayStation with games, and four (4) bikes. Six beach badges are provided as a courtesy (not guaranteed), with tenants responsible for the cost of any lost or missing badges. Recently updated in 2021 with new siding, decks, carpet, interior paint, and remodeled bathrooms, the home is ready for your perfect beach getaway. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
