CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.

Mermaid Lane

We had an amazing week at 9EMermaid Lane! The deck was huge and clean! The inside was also clean. The only issue was that the toilet wasn’t working Tuesday- Wednesday which was an inconvenience. The handyman cane out and fixed it during dinner on Wednesday night but it worked after that! The only suggestion would be to remove all of the books and VHS tapes for additional storage. It was a perfect house that fit our needs! Thank you for sharing it with us!
