This 2nd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms, 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds in Bedroom 2, 1 Twin Bed and Bunk Beds in bedroom 3. There is one bathroom and nice size deck off the kitchen and 1 bath,nice size deck off the kitchen, outside shower and best of all this home is walking distance to a family friendly bay beach with a lifeguard and playground plus rest rooms. Or walk to the ocean beach which is just 2 blocks away. In the heart of Ship Bottom you can walk to ice cream, shopping, dining and miniature golf. Easy access on and off the island and a reasonable rental rate makes this home perfect for your next vacation.
Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner (And Four beach chairs) , for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, badges are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of any missing or lost badges.
Tenants have access to a nice, big backyard, and a deck with seating furniture.
It s only a short walk to the Bakery, Mini-Golf, and the Playground at end of street.
There are outdoor chairs, tables, umbrellas, bicycles and also a Kayak that tenants may use.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made.
