Accessible 2 1/2 room ground floor apartment in a very quiet 3-party house with a living space of approx. 55 sqm. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and a toddler. There is a lockable garage at the house for your vehicle. A children's playground can be reached in just a few steps. The large terrace invites you to linger and relax. The apartment is located in a low-traffic residential area in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the state forest and the Hooksieler Binnentief. You can reach it, as well as the town with its good infrastructure, by bike in just a few minutes. Since we also use the apartment ourselves, we have deliberately focused on comfort. The loving furnishings and the complete equipment will also make your stay a pleasant one.
The hallway already promises a warm welcome. From the apartment door you can access the friendly hallway, from which it goes on the left into the bright daylight bathroom with washing machine and the kitchen. To the right of the apartment door is the living room with the cozy dining area, which not only invites you to take meals, but also to chat in the evening or play cards with friends. The living room leads to the bedroom. In the south, both rooms are preceded by the large, covered terrace and the small garden. Wellbeing is guaranteed in this property!
Perhaps you take the opportunity to explore the closer and further surroundings with the bicycles that we of course provide free of charge. You will be amazed at what there is to see besides the beach! For the active vacationer in Hooksiel and close range u. a. the following leisure activities: swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, horseback riding, guided bike tours, mudflat walks, water skiing, hiking, tennis, canoe tours, bowling, golf (Wilhelmshaven -9 km), high ropes course (Wiefelstede -35 km), amusement parks (North Sea play town, Hohenkirchen-8 km, Störtebeker Park, Wilhelmshaven -10 km).
Please note that for organizational reasons we only rent the property weekly from Saturday to Saturday in the main season!
