Come stay awhile at our relaxing family beach home in the heart of Noosa Heads. Enjoy your own peaceful getaway in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Bring your kids or pets to play in our generous fully fenced yard while you sit back and unwind! The home is conveniently located walking distance to the Noosa Junction allowing you to sink into the Noosa lifestyle as you explore the local shops, cafes and beaches.
LOCATION:
The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the historic Noosa National park. It is a 700 meter walk to the Noosa Junction shops and 2 kilometres from the famous Hastings street and Noosa Main Beach.
GETTING AROUND:
No need to drive, grab your scooters and bikes and head to the supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cinema, or bus station.
Buses: during school holiday season Noosa provides free buses for anyone traveling within Noosa.
Uber is also widely available.
THE SPACE:
The home features an open plan living design, a centrally located modern kitchen, and two separate living areas leading you into an expansive undercover outdoor entertaining area.
The home is situated on a generous 700meter block, so there is plenty of room for everyone!
The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable queen sized bed and has its own private en-suite with a bathtub and walk in shower and double wardrobe.
The second bedroom features 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe.
The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a built in wardrobe.
The main bathroom is centrally located with a sink, shower and separate toilet.
KID FRIENDLY:
We want to ensure your children are safe and have fun! There are toys, books, and board games including chess, playing cards, Jenga, and monopoly.
We have a portable cot and high chair also available.
KITCHEN- the centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances which include an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, as well as everything you and your guests will need.
Also the pantry will always be supplied with the essentials such as salt, pepper, tea and coffee.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE:
This is a single level home and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can access through the front or back doors. There is only a small 1/2 step to get into the home. Once inside you will find it very easy to get around as it has an open plan design and a walk in shower in the spacious en-suite bathroom.
AIR CON:
No matter what season you visit us you have the opportunity to set your perfect temperature with the central air conditioning throughout the home, including all the bedrooms.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Enjoy a 55” Samsung 4k smart tv with all your favourite apps such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime, Apple TV and more.
Also, the home has free high speed WIFI.

We are a married couple with two young children who love life on the Sunshine Coast. Ten years ago Noosa stole our hearts while traveling from overseas and we knew this would one day be called our home. Noosa quickly and undoubtedly won us over with its laid back lifestyle, perfect weather and majestic beaches. We are truly honored to be able to call ourselves locals here and would love to share a piece of our paradise with you!
