This comfortable waterfront condo features picturesque lake and mountain views and prime amenities like shared hot tubs, five pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a dock.

Located on a hillside in Lake Chelan Shores within walking distance to boat docks, sandy beaches, and well-maintained parks, this home is a little over two miles from Chelan proper, with boutique shops and eclectic eateries in its historic downtown area. Summer activities include jet skiing, water skiing, and motorboating, while winter brings skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling five miles north at Echo Valley Ski Area. Eighteen-hole Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course is two miles away, and more than 20 wineries in the area offer tastings.

As described. We enjoyed our stay. One minor problem was a missing sink stopper that was fixed quickly. The WiFi access in the bedroom was terrible but worked fine elsewhere.

We liked everything about the property, nice location of the condo, close to one of the pool on the property. Stuff of the property was very helpful. One thing to note, it is one of the building without a covered parking, which could be slightly annoying. We as a family of four had a great time in the unit. We especially liked its nice and spacious bathroom. We will back next year for sure.

Better options for the value

Bed slid around the floor (frame not attached to anything), carpets/rugs black/dirty, very loud after 10p (quiet hours) and no one to contact as offices are closed.

Great experience overall

The view is gorgeous and the home was impecable when we arrived. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the time for check-in (4pm), and time to check-out (10am). I understand they need some time to clean but we stayed 3 days and we didn’t even get to enjoy half a day of the first and last one. Also there was no option to enjoy the amenities for the rest of the day before or after checking in or out. That would be a nice thing to have; even more since the peak season was over. Lake Chelan is breathtaking and I had a great time!

If we had stayed in this unit as a first time guest, we would not have come back

We have stayed at this resort before and were expecting the same standard. The kitchen floors were dirty. The dishes were chipped. The kitchen sink was leaking. No dresser for clothes. The smallest closet space for hanging clothes that I have ever seen. No drapes over the bedroom blinds leading to no sleep. Sorry, not staying in this unit again.

My only suggestions.. pillow options were all high profile. I had to use a bath towel which made it more difficult to rest. Bring your own pillow. And the bedroom is super bright... we missed having some darkening drapes. Bring an eye mask. Overall wonderful stay.

Too many admin fees

The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the smoke from the wildfires. There were two problems. One, the administrative and other fees tacked on to the room rate were excessive. While I expected a cleaning fee and taxes to be added, the "administration" fees were too high. A better job of advertising up front what the actual daily rate is needed. The second problem was the internet was slow and unreliable. OK for checking e-mail at off-hour times, but a disaster for video conference and other high demand internet activities.

Great small vacation unit

We love coming to Lake Chelan Lakeshore grounds, it’s our favorite vacationing place. We liked that the unit 17-1 is on ground floor, with direct access to lawn area and small patio with table, chairs and Bbq, very close to the pool, beautiful grounds , very friendly staff. Unit was very clean and had everything needed. WiFi is little weak and coffee maker needs updating but other than that great place to stay. Short walk down to the lake which has beautiful sandy shore and clear water. All pool we’re open and not that busy, has plenty of time to swim even with 5 people max restrictions. Very relaxing and quiet.

Pay close attention to the unit to be rented

The location is great and the property grounds well maintained. However, the conditions of the units vary greatly. This unit that we rented had damaged blinds that did not work, furniture was outdated and the hard bed was terrible. The property was way over priced for the conditions offered. I don't think that we'll be staying here again.
