Apartment Urban Nature is located in a quiet, newly built street 400 meters from the center of the town of Otočac in the Lika - Senj County. It is located near the shopping center (Plodine).
Next to the apartment there is a open terrace with a grill and view of the hill where Fortica's historic fortress is located. Guests can use the free Wi-Fi, smart TV, satellite and cable TV (LCD), refrigerator, kettle, toaster, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, hairdryer , a washing machine which is free of charge only to guests of the apartment, and free parking. The room is equipped with two removable beds, and a living room with sofa for two additional persons. It is possible to arrange the useing a baby bed gratis.
It is a short walk to the city center and 6 km from the A1 Zagreb - Split motorway exit. The proximity of the sea and a pleasant summer night to sleep in Otočac guarantee an unforgettable summer vacation. If you want to swim in the sea, the nearest beach is a 40-minute drive to Senj. The town of Otočac is located in the valley of the Gacka, a famous trout river to which flyers from all over the world come. Hiking on Velebit, cycling, kayaking on Gacka, quad riding and the longest European zip-line in Vrhovine are part of the adventure offer. Grandios!
Hier bekommt man alles was das Herz begehrt, ein perfekt sauberes Häuschen, herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieter und Ruhe und Entspannung auf der eigenen Terasse mit gemauertem Grill. Wir wurden mit einem lokalen Honigschnaps und viel Lachen und Herzlichkeit begrüßt! Das Häuschen ist ganz neu, modern und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet! Die Vermieter waren immer zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen hatten, hielten sich aber grundsätzlich respektvoll zurück, obwohl das Wohnhaus direkt nebenan ist. Entspannung pur! Wir bekamen sogar selbstgebackenen Kuchen zum Frühstück, da sie einen Geburtstag in der Familie hatten. Vom Obstkorb, Getränken, Kaffee und Tee- bis hin zu Klopapier, Shampoo, Waschmaschine uuuusw. war alles da! Wir haben wirklich nichts gefunden was wir vermisst hätten. Auch die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, man hat seine Ruhe ist aber auch in 2 Min im Ortskern von Otocac mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben von dort aus die Plidvicer Seen besucht, was ca 45 Min entfernt war. Zum Strand sind es auch etwa 40 Min, was jedoch allein das Panorama von dem Bergen ins Tal und aufs Meer absolut wert ist. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es noch andere tolle Naturparks, für Wanderungen perfekt! Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

The land where the apartment is located we decided to buy because of the peaceful environment and the proximity of the city center. We live in a quiet part of town, with no daily noise and hustle and all the work can be done on foot because the city center is within a few minutes walk.
