Time slows down in Moloka'i. Let the Island wash away thoughts of the hectic world. Unwind and slow down to appreciate the beautiful days with gentle breezes and tranquil nights under the stars.
Enjoy the small town atmosphere of friendly people and smiling faces. No building taller than a Palm tree. Shop for your simple necessities in the town with no stop lights and gracious drivers.
Hike in the beautiful Halawa Valley. Snorkel in the huge fish ponds amongst the coral and colorful fish.
View both Maui and Lanai from your lanai. Sip your morning coffee as you see the beautiful sunrise over Maui. Take a front row seat for all the beauty of the blue Pacific Ocean and all the whale watching action in the Winter season.
As you wander the colorfully landscaped resort, you will find an oceanfront pool with cabana, a reading library, gas BB-Q's, lounge chairs, tables and shuffleboard as well as very friendly people.

Best Place on Molokai

If you're thinking of visiting Molokai ā€“ and you definitely should ā€“ stop looking at other places and book this condo NOW. It is the best experience my husband and I have ever had traveling! The place is immaculate and COMPLETELY stocked with all the dishes and pans you need to make any type of meal you choose. The view is indescribable and we spent quite a bit of time just sitting on the lanai staring at it. Wonderful, wonderful, place with super-responsive hosts. Ooops, almost forgot: Do yourself a favor and rent the Xterra they have on offer; it is the PERFECT vehicle with which to explore the island!

Fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at Jerry and Meredith's place! The location was outside of town, making it nice and quiet. It was clean and well-furnished. We were fortunate to be able to also rent a car from the owners allowing us complete freedom to explore the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

It was amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. The grounds are kept up and very clean, pool was nice too, very clean. Also rented the Xterra, worked out perfectly. Will stay here again.

Wonderful vistas

This is a delightful condo in a quiet and peaceful setting. The owners are helpful and responsive. The views from the lanai are great. We watched whales breaching outside the reef with our morning tea. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed is comfortable, and the pool was perfect for our morning swims.

Great Molokai Condo

Very nice 1 bedroom condo on Molokai on south side of island! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice community pool. Close to south beaches and easy drive to north and west beaches and sights. Hosts Gerald and Meredith were very helpful and it was great renting their xTerra vehicle from them!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The lanai view was awesome, the pool was great. Extra amenities like croquette were enjoyed. The fact that they can rent a car at a reasonable price was an extra bonus. Communication with Jerry and Meredith was prompt and thorough. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our visit

The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while celebrating our anniversary. We hiked, swam in the sea and in the pool, shopped the local stores, fruit stands and church thrift stores, watched surfers and turtles, found deer, turkeys, pigs, pheasant and ate some good meals at The Paddlerā€™s inn and Hiroā€™s seaside grill. The condo and car option was exactly what we needed to relax and play.

Great Condo, beautiful property.

Came for a 3 week break from Wisconsin winter, was perfect. Enjoying the pool and water front was what we did. Just chilled out, did some reading went to town for supplies twice, the little store 3 miles away was so convenient. If they didnā€™t have you didnā€™t need.

This is our second time at Wavecrest. It is an exceptional property. This condo has breathtaking views, classic old Hawaii. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to our emailed questions. We would return every year if we could!

Great location. Great ocean view unit. Great communication with owner. Property manager completely absent: Open and available for minimal hours, and even then they CLOSE in the middle of those minimal hours for a ā€œbreakā€. They seem to have much more interest in their own self interests rather than the owners whom they are supposed to represent.

PARADISE

Though we have been to the other Hawaiian islands many times this was our first time to Molokai. It was better than we dreamed........ the condo was great and well equipped. We spent hours every day on the lanai. The view was spectacular and we really enjoyed the calm laid back style on the island.

Very relaxing

A quiet place with a beautiful view, especially at night thanks to Molokai's dark skies. Come prepared because Molokai has very little infrastructure for tourists so very few restaurants or grocery stores and if it is a holiday the stores may all be closed.

Jerry is a retired Marine Pilot and High School Physics teacher. Meredith is a retired accountant. We live in Milton, FL on a small family farm, and we have a small vineyard to take care of. We enjoy coming to our condo in Moloka'i and keep busy with added improvements when we visit. Our greatest joy is our 6 children, their spouses and our thirteen grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 22, as well as our many pets, who bring us great joy.

Why they chose this property

After two trips to Molokai we were infatuated with the beautiful island. It is like the "Old Hawaii" and definitely is the "Friendly Isle" that they speak of. Wavecrest grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff and neighbors are all very friendly. We recently sold our condo on Maui that we had been renting to guests since 2009 that we loved. Both islands are very different, but both have their own unique charm.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Ocean view that is mesmerizing. We love the Trade winds softly blowing through the large, one bedroom condo. Quiet and serene, although there are lots of new friends to meet at Wavecrest. We were blown away by the beautiful ocean view! Absolutely amazing!
