Oleander Holiday Home is perfect for families wanting to experience the best of the Whitsundays. The location is simply perfect, just a 2 minute stroll to the main street of Airlie Beach where you will find the famous Airlie Beach Lagoon, Woolworths grocery store, many shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Cool off in your very own private pool or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands beyond.

With three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Oleander comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for your comfort. Each bedroom has a king bed (one of which can be split into two singles on request).

 Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

What a magnificent home. Views from everywhere in the house. Plunge pool was just Devine. A ver cleverly designed home emerged in stunning views of Airlie beach and centrally located . Loved our week. Sad to leave.

Reviewer Comments: Spacious and well-designed luxury property suitable for a family holiday or a few couples. Pool is amazing and gets lots of sunshine so stays nice and warm but still refreshing. Facilities in the property are fantastic, large front deck, great BBQ and well appointed kitchen. Everyone commented how great the beds were too, so comfy. Ensuites quite lux. Will definitely stay again. So impressed when we walked in the door. Luxury house over 3 levels.

Close enough to town if you want to walk but it is quite a hill to climb coming back to the house.Beds were really comfortable with plenty of pillow options, the view from the master bedroom is really good.Only negative is the pool isn’t heated and it was freezing cold and unable to be used so if your visiting through the winter months keep this is mind, probably needs to be advertised that’s it’s not heated as I would have looked for somewhere else if I had of known this.

We spent so much time in the beautiful swimming pool. The front deck and views over Airlie Beach and the Coral Sea were stunning. The kitchen was so well equipped and the coffee machine had a bit of a workout as we are all big coffee drinkers. Hats off to the cleaners, were impressed.Easy walking distance to town ment we did not have to take our car out of the garage. Thank you to Michelle and the staff at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals they were super helpful booking our tours and tranfers. Thank you so much we will be back again next year.

Airlie Beach 3 level house with amazing views

The photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful house, with incredible views to the ocean and with 3 levels and an outside deck providing a lot of space for adults and teenagers. The beds are large and really comfortable and the house was spotless. Whilst on a hill, it was a good walk to the main street and very handy location to Woolworths and cafes. The weather was a bit too cool and raining for swimming in the pool so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy that. There were only a few small things I could provide feedback for improving - a clothes airer would be handy as it rained each day we stayed and couldn’t hang washing anywhere, the stools were a bit too high to sit at the kitchen bench comfortably (with raining we didn’t want to sit outside) and the lock on the side door needs fixing. But these things are minor and didn’t stop us from enjoying the house.

I would suggest providing a tea towel to dry dishes and a mat for the front door to wipe feet. Due to the drizzly weather, the front entrance was very slippery and there was nothing to dry feet/shoes. Somebody needs to check the condition of some baking dishes in the kitchen as they are filthy - we did not use them.A few extras like shower gel, washers and toilet paper would be extremely handy in the house. Maybe even a mirror in each lower bedroom to assist with multiple people getting ready for a wedding.

It’s Spacious, bright and fresh, kids all had there own rooms and bathroom! Aircon and fans in all rooms as well as the main living area!! Lots of large windows overlooking the beautiful views of Airlie beach!! The bed was a little too soft for me in the main bedroom, but not that much of a big deal however I really think that the Loungroom room couches need to be updated, there not that comfy and there’s not enough room for the family to kick back on after a whole day of activities in the sun! Over all the house was clean but I think a little more attention is needed in the kitchen, all cupboards doors and handles were dirty, plates and cups were a little dirty as well as all toilets, I found urine stains and hair around the silver rings of the toilet seat. I wiped everything down and washed all cups and plates before my family had used any of them. Also the dishwasher was dirty, we didn’t use that at all. They had good quality kitchen utensils, cups, plates and pots, but they might want to replace the pan though, can’t cook eggs or pancakes coz everything sticks to it, again that’s no biggie! Overall the house was perfect and I would stay again, my kids are 16 and 13 so it was ok for them to be 2 storeys down on there own at night, might not suit a family with younger kids though Washer and dryer came in handy but plz get rid of clothes horse, the rust that’s on it ruined all our swimsuits Lastly the pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights, maybe a couple sun beds for that back area would make it perfection Overall this property was worth every $$ spent

Walking distance to Woolworths 5 minutes, Boat cruises pickup 15 minute walk. Ideal for a group of couples. 3 levels, bottom level has 2 bedrooms and bathroom, main level living with a toilet, and top level Master bedroom with huge double shower. Few stairs to contend with. Beds are comfortable. Overall the house is modern, clean, tidy and functional. Few little things which is wear and tear and age, example marks on walls, cupboards above the cooking facilities the coating lifting, rust outside kitchen window were the pool meets. Recommendations, Blind on the patio door in the Master Bedroom. Replace the Garage remote keyring as it's cracked and temperamental to use. Staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property.

It was kept in a great condition, clean and tidy with great views overlooking Airlie Beach. It was within walking distance to Woolworths, the lagoon, the shops and the Marina. The pool was also beautiful and well kept and a great addition to the property.Note: that you must triple check that you have requested the right bedding arrangements. When we arrived the beds had not been separated into singles as we requested, however we were quickly delivered new sheets so that we could separate the beds ourselves. Also, the air-conditioning in the main living area did not work on our arrival, however when we mentioned this on our departure the holiday home company were very apologetic, so if something doesn't work during your stay, mention it while you are there.

The Oleander Beach House is a beautiful new property- lots of balconies, plenty of space and a fantastic stepped plunge pool. Large kitchen well-stocked with cooking needs. Great views of the ocean from everywhere. Stunning bathrooms, functional laundry and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Bit of a steep walk up the hill if you are pushing a pram/lugging groceries. Some road/pub noise at night outside but the soundproofing inside is good. Great place to stay!
