Resort facilities include pool, sauna, spa and gym. Leave your car in registered security basement car space and walk to you favourite beaches, shops and restaurants.
You can even catch the train to and from the airport or city.

Cronulla Cinema, cafes, restaurants and shops are here for your pleasure. Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bush-walk through the nation's oldest park - the Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkeling fans. Lean To Surf at North Cronulla Beach. Great location, spacious apartment. I think it may been empty for a while as needed a good clean . Not dirty, more dusty.

Overall stay was beautiful, close to everyrhing. Well maintained. Parking was fine. Had a big car still was ok a bit tight but all good and secure. Pool was nice and clean. Spa heater working but not the jetts were under maintenance. Kids still loved it. Gym and sauna was nice. Sofa bed sheets where brown and dirty, definitely used. Under couches, sofa bed and cupboards under sink and in Kitchen very thick with dust and dirt. Lint from dryer and washing machine not emptied/cleaned. Old sponges should be replaced with new sponges also. The last night was a little dissapointing as we had a resident above us being loud as all hell, clanging, banging, knocking from 10pm to 2am in the morning. Si next day was very tired with 2 kids. Reception not available. Called emergency manager on mobile, she was lovely and apologetic butdaud there was nothing she could do as she has no control of residents above our level. Partner called

Whilst in a good location and most of the unit was fine, there was a broken cupboard door above the sink where the glasses were kept which made it dangerous, no hand soap in the ensuite, and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 6 nights so we had to buy our own. Showers are very small as well. Not really big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids especially with a portacot in the main bedroom. The place would be fine for 2 adults though.
This is our third stay at this property. It is ideally located right across from north Cronulla beach, there is plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The train station is a 7 minute walk.
The unit is well equipped and nicely decorated. The complex had great pool and spa area along with a gym. Another great stay at Abel Place.
