The room with a balcony and a double bed for 2 persons and a beauty-full view of the sea and Old Town. 28 m²(301 ft²) room is equipped with Air Condition a refrigerator, TV, and radio. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the island Lokrum and Old Town. The Old Town, the place of all happenings, with numerous monuments, galleries, concerts, together with many restaurants and cafes that are all located inside the city walls you can reach in 3 minutes walk. For winter season house is equipped with the central heating system.( Applied charge) Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is less than 3 minutes.

I stayed at this apartment for 5 days and during the entire time, the WiFi did not work and/or was very slow. I was told I had a bathroom to myself but it was actually shared. My biggest issue was the WiFi not working. When I asked the host to reset it, he said “this affects all of Dubrovnik!” This should have been listed clearly in the posting or I would not have booked as it impacted my work trip greatly

Josep, the host, lives on site. He is very willing to help you out with any issues you may have. The view and the balcony are so incredible. I could sit out there all day. The air conditioner could be a bit colder. Didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was like 90 degrees outside. Oh and there are a bunch of steps to get to the apt but it is like that everywhere too.

Perfekt läge!

Josiph var på plats när vi kom på avtalad tid och var tillmötesgående vid både in- och utcheckningstider! Perfekt läge nära gamla stan, linbana och buss till flygplats. För att nå bostaden behöver man gå i långa trappor men väl där har man en fantastisk utsikt över gamla stan! Lugnt och tyst!
