The building is very spacious, having 2 floors and is over 3300 SF.
The main floor :Two bedroom with twin size bed. One bedroom with queen size bed and one sofa bed. The washroom with a shower .The family room has a fireplace. The kitchen is supplied with all the basic utensils, including a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and all cooking utensils. The laundry room has full-size in-suite washer and dryer.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, featuring a master room with two queen-sized bed, one washroom with a shower and a tub separately. Two of the other bedrooms have two queen-sized bed .One bedroom with one queen size bed.
There is a big deck and patio in the backyard.
If you are coming with cars, there are 4 private parking spaces.
Free Wi-Fi is provided.

2. We prepared extra bedding sets for guests to change whenever needed
3. Having investigated that less than 30% of the listings in the Greater Vancouver region were having AC, we installed AC in our house for more comfortable experience.
