Lakefront Retreat- on Lake Ontario
Cottage with minimum of 2 month rental in Kendall NY on Lake Ontario, 35 miles from Rochester, NY. Available May 15 -Oct. 15. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, totally remodeled, 832 sq ft. Bordered on creek on 1 side and walking distance to beautiful Bald Eagle Marina with brand new restaurant and boat launch/seasonal docking. Numerous fishing charters right down the street. Plenty of land to store boat and paved driveway. Total north side of house is windows facing the lake. If agile, lake can be accessed over retaining rocks or at marina if you dock a boat. Not recommended for children. All bedrooms with queen beds and large closets. Outdoor deck with grill facing the lake. 8 miles to state park with sandy beaches, Niagara wine trail, Amish stores, Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours to Toronto, 1.5 hours to Finger Lakes and wine country, and 10 miles to Point Breeze deemed the Ultimate Fishing Town by the World Fishing Network in 2013. Screened in porch to enjoy bug-free fun. No pets, no smoking, not recommended for children.

Owners live right next door so any needs will be met immediately. You will notice no reviews because it was only rented for 1 season by 1 tenant who would gladly provide recommendation.
Why they chose this property
We love the neighborhood we live in and have been here for almost 30 years. The summer months are like paradise. We wanted to be able to pass on the blessings of this place after our neighbor passed away.
What makes this property unique
Home has totally been re-done and everything done with the cute cottage look including a 1935 ceramic table, comfortable furniture and Tommy Bahama bedspreads with new linens.
