The condominium has a leisure area, party room, swimming pool, playground and a lake for tilapia fishing. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 suites (with air conditioning) on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, balcony, as well as a kitchen with all the necessary utensils.
