Modern large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home set on 8.5 wooded acres with 475 feet of waterfront. Western facing on Lake Wateree north of Camden S.C. Private sand beach with gradual slope for children’s swimming. Deep water dock for your boat. Includes use of 2 seater kayak and a single seat kayak.
4000 square feet and 1900 square feet of decking. 15x12 screened in porch.
Two great rooms. One with 22 foot stone fireplace, the other a walkout with bar and playroom. Ping pong, darts, shuffleboard)

We built this Custom home after acquiring the land in 2004. It is patterned off of post and beam homes in northern lakes and Canada
