Villa Phinisi is a unique 7 bedroom getaway, not even 100m away from the crushing waves of Seminyak beach and a very short stroll to all the hip shops & restaurants of Oberoi Road.

This unique two storey villa is build on a generous 10 are plot of land in the most residential and upmarket neighborhood of Bali. All four air conditioned bedrooms in the main building have their own terrace or pond, extra king size beds, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, wooden floors and stunning ensuite bathrooms.

On the far side of the pool there is another air conditioned double kingsize bedroom that can be converted to a twin bedroom if needed with an outdoor style bathroom.

Behind this bedroom, you will find two more air conditioned rooms with bathrooms : A fully equipped gym where you can work off the kilos that Ketut's cooking might be responsible for and a massage room with two massage beds.

But the best features of Villa Phinisi might be the 100m2 sunken living room where recycled wood from traditional Indonesian sailing boats blends with modern elegance, comfort and design. Relax on the comfortable built-in sofa with spectacular sights onto the garden and into the depths of the pool: a magnificent lagoon with mother of pearl incrusted little fish, lots of shallow areas and a beach to play and relax.

At night, you might want to close the large sliding doors, turn on the air conditioning and watch a movie from our DVD library on the 2.3m retractable screen.

Villa phinisi is the perfect venue for small and large parties and receptions. Our staff can cater for up to 60 guests, so if you have a birthday or wedding coming up, send us an email. It will all be handled with love and respect and if you stay in the bali spirit in terms of decoration and food it will be very reasonably priced as we only charge cost price for ingredients plus 10%.

All of our villas come with the services of our guest relations manager who will be able to assist with massages/spa treatments, tours and travel, car or scooter hire and all general advice and information needed to ensure your vacation is a memorable experience.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 250K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
