Beautiful house in private condo near to the beach
Cozy house in residential Almar. It has 1 BR with full bathroom in low level, 3 BR with 3 full bathrooms in top floor, A / C, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer). Living room with a sofa bed, there are available inflatable mattress.
There's Pool, palapa and children's games in common area which is locates a few steps from our house.
*** Important notice: Due to the pandemic, the local government to maintain a healthy distance has restricted the use of common swimming pools to a maximum of 10 people at a time, so it is allowed to use it for one hour per day, maximum 2 hours if there are no people waiting. ***
It is great for family vacations, with friends or large groups.
Located very close to the beach and water park, a few minutes by car or bus from the golden zone, boardwalk, supermarkets and shopping center.
The tourist area is a short bus or taxi ride and is really inexpensive.
Security in the residential 24 hours.

Great people offering a large and usable condo.
I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her.
On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in. I should note that she communicates only by WhatsApp. I made the mistake of texting her about our check out, and got no answer, of course. She speaks only Spanish, but she arrived with her English-speaking husband and adorable family.
Everything about the rental process and fees was as expected and promised. There are enough comfortable beds for nine people, which was the size of our group.
The property itself matches the photos, and all the representations made by the owner. But you should know that it is Spartan-feeling, and when I visited was in need of minor maintenance. Some examples: towel bars had pulled off the walls in two bathrooms and needed repair; the outside patio and one of the showers needed cleaning when we arrived; every wall and floor surface is hard; bathrooms offer no shelves or space to store anything; almost all the lighting is from bare, cold-feeling overhead bulbs; the promised BBQ is on the patio, but requires charcoal and a means to light it, which were not provided.
There is a large washer and dryer that worked well for us.
