Courtside 88 is a ground floor 2BR/2Bath villa with no steps to navigate with the ability to sleep up to 7 guests. This property is within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special relationship with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This unit has 2 Queen Size Beds in the primary bedroom, 2 twins in bedroom 2 plus a twin sleeper in the living room along with 3 televisions for guests to enjoy.

Beware cell signal is very weak here, no signal at all by sliders. No fault of the condo and I'm sure it's like that everywhere in HHI due to all the tall trees. The out door experience was also very nice with well maintained grounds and a great pool. Overall great time the only change I would make is the two small beds in the one bedroom are too small but that was not a problem since there was only the two of us but if you had more adults there then that may be a problem. But with that said we are looking forward to the next time we can stay and the experience with Seashore vacations was very smooth an could not have been easier.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was very easy and the place was spotless and bigger than expected.The furnishings gave a beach vibe and everything looked new. There were plenty of bath towels provided for every guest, each wrapped together with a blue bow. The on-site pool was clean and convenient. While the place was very quiet, I recommend ear plugs at night due to what I assume were frogs! The view outside toward the pond was pleasant. The walk to the beach was easy and under 10 minutes. Recommend to management to look at tub drains as well as the one twin bed (it has squeaky springs). The mattresses were quite comfortable. This was an absolutely wonderful vacation in a safe, clean, quiet location.

Having two beds in both rooms is a genius idea for accommodating families. We enjoyed the pools and nearby pickleball courts.

Nice Unit But The Stay Could Have Been Better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were very happy with the layout of the unit and with its overall appearance. But after spilling a bit of water on the floor in the kitchen and taking a paper towel to clean it up we noticed that the floor was very dirty and the stovetop had dried food on it. The bottom of the bathtub in the master bath was also dirty and there were coffee grinds and some coffee left in the coffee pot. We contacted the management company but instead of sending a manager to check the veracity of our claim they sent the cleaners back who stated they had mopped the floor. When we showed them the paper towel and the stovetop things went downhill from there and eventually one of the managers came over to investigate our claim. The immediate response was to say they had no other complaints about the job the cleaners were doing. Maybe this was isolated and hopefully it was but the unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The manager then cleaned the items we pointed out and replaced the coffee pot. The shower curtain in the second bath was also dirty and it was supposed to be cleaned and returned to the unit but wasn't. As I stated overall we were happy with the unit and would stay there again but we would only ask that it be properly cleaned for guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time here. The condo was very clean and the beds were wonderful. We cooked all of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The condo is spacious with plenty of living room seating and the layout is perfect. It's very quiet and we all slept so well. The water pressure is awesome for showers and doing dishes. The pools are great and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a spigot right by the front door to rinse your feet and beach supplies. We would absolutely stay here again.
