Know Before You Go

First of all, the building, 180 Signature Pinnacle, is beautiful. The condo itself was lovely. The open-air feel to the deck is one of the best features. We would be remiss if we didn't bring attention to future renters of this property. Let's start with the deck...advertised BBQ which is super convenient. It was functional, however all knobs missing which was dangerous to use. The kitchen...the garburetor wasn't working and as a result the sink didn't drain. This was not fixed during our 2 week stay. Our chief complaint and of utmost concern was that in an emergency there was no way to access the building security. We had an attempted break in which could happen anywhere. The intruder was a renter who was drunk and confused. It was an unnerving one-hour horrific experience. The only way to access security is through the phone in the condo. The police hung up on us. The phone was in the drawer, disconnected, and we were notified the next day that the owner had canceled the phone service. The deadbolt was not functional either. We were also told that the property management did not look after VRBO renters. This was done through another property management company. We will rent again in this building however not through this owner or company. The young man who represented the company did all he could in his power. The responsibility is on the owner. We also incurred an additional $1200 in fees with VRBO rental that we have not in our future rental.

Loved this place and area

The condo is simply beautiful. It's well stocked and the bedding is comfortable. The photos definitely give an accurate representation of this roomy condo. The balcony is so so nice and we were so close to everything. There's also a nice dumbwaiter style thing to avoid the massive set of steps you take down to the main area of town/beach. We used the steps a few times but were glad to get carted up the steep hill when we were exhausted. The coffee shop next door is amazing and everyone was friendly at the bar/pool. Loved our stay.

Paradise

We have stayed at the pinnacles 180 for 7 years now and love it there. The staff is wonderful, location is great walking distance to everything. The security is really good too. They were there waiting for us when we got there and a very fast check in. We had cleaning service which was nice too. My parent's condo didnt offer any cleaning at all for a week. Will be returning next year.

Enjoyable stay in Puerto Vallarta Zona Romantica area

We had a wonderful 7 nights/8 day stay at Val's condo. The place was well appointed, spacious and clean. Check-in was easy and communication with Val's team was quick and efficient. I love the layout of the 2 bedroom condo, the kitchen and living room had an open concept and you can enjoy your coffee in the kitchen while enjoying a Netflix movie. The bedrooms were spacious as well and each bedroom had their own bathroom. The furnishings were modern and the beds were comfortable. They even have custom shelving in the closet as well as a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to do our laundry. Val also provided a safe where we can store our valuables. There is air-conditioning in the unit and it's zoned by area, so you can turn on the AC in either one of the rooms only or the living room only if you prefer it that way. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we appreciated that the property also has a gym and an infinity pool with fantastic views and a swim-up bar. The internet wifi was fast and allowed us to do research and book our excursions during our stay. We also walked the entire week to restaurants and even the Malecon is a 5 minute walk. We rarely needed a cab or Uber. If you decide to Uber to a restaurant, they are so close you will be charged a minimal fee. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-furnished place in Puerto Vallarta with amazing views!
