It’s a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sit by the fire in the evenings. Less than 2 miles to the Surpise Stadium and the Surprise Aquatic Center. The house is 12 miles from State Farm Stadium. Minutes from restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. Enjoy our home away from home! Minimum 30 day stay.

Excellent place to stay

Decor is simple with pleasant tranquil colors, furniture and accessories. Clean, and well appointed, kitchen is well stocked for those who wish to cook. A great patio to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. A great location with shopping and restaurants close by. It has set the bar high for all VRBO rentals!

A Comfortable stay

My son and I were in AZ for a baseball tournament. The house was very nice and cozy. It fit out needs as this was a stay away from home, but not necessarily a vacation. A few suggestions: upgrade pillows on bed, upgrade toilet paper, and a nice addition would be misters outside as no pool. Home was clean and the neighbors were very quiet. The home is close to Litchfield AFB so it was cool to see and hear the fighter jets. The traffic along Greenway can be heard which at times was bit annoying. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.
