It’s a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or sit by the fire in the evenings. Less than 2 miles to the Surpise Stadium and the Surprise Aquatic Center. The house is 12 miles from State Farm Stadium. Minutes from restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. Enjoy our home away from home!
